3 Recipes for Homemade Refreshing Drinks

In summer, more than in any season, it is essential to have adequate hydration. But between the slightly boring water, the sodas too sweet, and the fruit juices not very depressing, what can you drink when the heat becomes overwhelming? Here are three ideas for home-made drinks, combining freshness and fun.

Lemonade

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Rest time: 1 hour

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 1 L of still water
  • 1 L of sparkling water
  •   6 yellow lemons
  • 6 s.s of honey (s.s: soup spoons)
  •   Menus
  • Glaze

Preparation:

Melt honey in 300ml of hot water. Pour into a window and add the rest of the water, the juice of 4 lemons, two lemons cut into slices, and the mint leaves. Let stand for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Serve with ice cubes.

A melonnade

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Rest time: 1 hour

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 1.5 L of sparkling water
  • 3 well ripe melons
  • A few strands of currants
  •  Menus
  • Glaze

Preparation:

Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds. Take the flesh from the melons and put it in the blender. Add some ice cubes and mint leaves. Mixing again, Pour into a window and add sparkling water. Keep at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Serve well fresh with a little coarse in decoration on each glass.

Cocktail coconut

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Rest time: 1 hour

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • ½ watermelon
  •     400ml coconut milk
  • 2 s.s to s agave syrup

Preparation:

Cut the watermelon into slices. Keep one side of it and cut the flesh from the rest of the watermelon and remove the seeds. Place in a blender and add coconut milk and agave syrup. Mix. Let stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Serve fresh with ice cubes and watermelon is on the edge of each glass.
